Directions:
Brown your ground turkey or ground beef in a medium sauce pan. Follow the directions on the Olde El Paso Taco Mix.
Set meat aside when finished.
Dice tomatoes.
Follow directions on the Guacamole Mix (Cut open avocados. Take large seed out. Then spoon out the inside into a large bowl. Mix the avocados up try to get most of the lumps out. Then add the mix. Stir it until its completely dissolved. Best if you cool in the frig for about an hour)
Take a medium to large plate and spread large nacho chips on the plate even stack it up.
Spread meat over the nachos.
Sprinkle Mexican Blend Kraft Shredded Cheese. Try to cover the meat good, but if you like less cheese just use less. Then place the plate in the microwave until the cheese melts about 1 minute..just keep an eye on it. Remove from microwave.
Then sprinkle the dice tomatoes over the meat.
Then take a large spoon and drop guacamole all over in different spots. Then do the same with sour cream. This also depends how much you want on your nachos.
(Other options to add are sliced black olives and diced onions)
Your done Enjoy!
